If you are happy with the quote, fill out the REPAIR FORM (PDF) with all your contact and device details. CLICK HERE to download the Repair Form.

Send this form with your device to "Mobile Medics, 6110 Sw Hwy 200, Ocala, Florida". Be sure to send it with a service that requires a signature so to avoid any issues with us not receiving the device.

Make sure to have backed up and saved your device data (if possible).

Standard repairs are normally fixed same day. Board level micro soldering repairs can take approximately 5-7 business days depending on the queue.

On completion of the repair, a email invoice will be sent requesting payment.

Once the repair is completed and payment received your device will be shipped back.
